POLICY: Vice-President
PURPOSE: Is an alternate to the President and assumes the duties of President, in the event then President resigns or is permanently absent. Serves as program chairman for the two year elected term.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Performs the duties of the President in the President’s absence or inability to act.
2. Chairs the chapter educational program committee and submits educational outline to (AORN or TNA) an approval body for education credit.
3. Must attend 2/3 of the Board meetings and 2/3 of the chapter meetings (7).
4. Turn all records or other property of the chapter to successor within two weeks or at the annual meeting.
