AORN’s Fourth Annual Distinguished Surgeon/Anesthesiologist
of the Year Award

 

The Distinguished Surgeon and Anesthesiologist Award presented by the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses of Austin (AORN) recognizes and honors one surgeon and one anesthesiologist in the Greater Austin Area who have made significant contributions in the areas of patient care and the healthcare industry.   

Eligibility:  Nominees must be a surgeon or anesthesiologist practicing in the Greater Austin Area. 

Selection Criteria: Please take time to provide a brief (bullet point description) about your nominee under each of the 5 criteria listed below.  Your comments are carefully considered so that our Distinguished Surgeon/Anesthesiologist will truly represent the qualities described in the following criteria.  A select panel will rate the qualifications of the nominees and only the members of the Austin AORN Chapter, #4417 will elect the recipients.  Nominations will be accepted_from any individual or group.
