This month’s article will be an abbreviated version due to the AORN Congress reports, but I learned this at Congress.

Dantrium, our only treatment for Malignant Hyperthermia, is now available in generic form Dantrolene Sodium at a much reduced rate.  Additionally, in a couple months a version will be introduced that is much more soluble – lots easier to mix.  Hurrah!
